The private community ferry ride will take you from Placida Harbour to your beautiful condo in approximately 10 minutes, where you have access to the private dock on the island. You can always bring your own boat or opt to lease a boat dock annually on the protected mainland Harbour to keep your boat there when you need it. Owners are permitted to rent their units for a minimum of 4 nights. This condo is turn-key; all the furnishings, ceiling fans, TV's, are included, as is the king mattress in the Master bedroom. The kitchen cabinetry, sink, faucet fixture, beautiful leathered granite countertops, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal are all brand new. There is a newer stacking washer and dryer for your convenience in the front closet. This condo features beautiful new porcelain tile flooring throughout, including the bathroom. Below the building is a private storage unit with access from under the building to store your fishing and beach gear and an additional door to the outside for your golf cart (the golf cart currently there is not part of the condo sale but can be included for an additional cost). Placida Beach is part of the Placida Harbour Club and shares the common facilities on the island with the mainland and island owners can use all of the mainland facilities as well. There is an island heated pool and Clubhouse a short walk away, and another couple of minutes to the deeded beach access to the most tranquil beach you'll find.
